Use MapleBot's services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
This license shall automatically terminate if you
Violate any of these restrictions, attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the bot, use the service for malicious purposes, or engage in any activity that could damage or impair the service.
Prohibited Activities
You are expressly prohibited from: attempting to bypass rate limits or abuse the bot's features, using the service to harass, abuse, or harm others, sharing or distributing malicious content through our service, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or databases, and using automated tools to spam or overload our services.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to MapleBot services and may be reported to Discord or appropriate authorities.
Service Availability
No Guarantee of Uptime
While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. MapleBot may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
Right to Modify or Discontinue
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
MapleBot services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the service, including MapleStory character data, rankings, or statistics sourced from third-party APIs.
User Data & Privacy
Your use of MapleBot services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property
MapleBot is a fan-made project. All MapleStory-related content, including but not limited to names, images, and game data, are trademarks and copyrights of Nexon Korea Co., Ltd. and Nexon America Inc.
The MapleBot service, including its original code, design, and branding (excluding MapleStory-related content), is the property of MapleBot and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MapleBot, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
